ROBIN SULLIVAN JOHNSON
Robin is a former Human Resources Executive with a multi-national, Fortune 500 company. Robin has two decades of Human Resources experience across a variety of different business disciplines. She has led an extensive number of organizational transformations, both big and small, and has been involved in several mergers and acquisitions. Robin has also built business units from the ground up and knows what it takes to ensure you get the right talent into the right jobs. Robin builds strong client relationships and has a tremendous amount of experience with coaching and advising executives and managers.
Kim is a former Human Resources Director with companies
across a variety of different industries, including healthcare and hospitality. Based on more than 10 years of experience, Kim helps companies effectively choose, implement and manage their employee benefit programs. Additionally, Kim has the proven ability to enhance organizational performance by effectively defining operations, generating solutions and managing change that achieves organizational alignment. Kim is a skilled and knowledgeable Human Resource professional with solid employee relations and leadership development experience, along with a strong ability to analyze and administer all
benefits plans.

JAMES HUFF
Jim is an experienced Operations and HR executive with 40 years of leadership with a Fortune 100 company. Jim has worked with several organizations in support of Organizational Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development and Performance Management. He has extensive multi-national experience having built HR organizations in India and China, as well as supporting the development and implementation of Manufacturing and service organizations in Europe, Asia and the US. Jim has led the development and implementation of comprehensive, global personnel processes in support of business objectives aimed at reducing service costs and enhancing alignment of service delivery with
organizational culture.
ANGIE JOFFE

Angela is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the areas of human resources and leadership. With over 20 years of experience, her strengths include employee relations, career transition, employment/recruitment, HR policy design, management training and coaching. Angie has held HR management level positions in large, complex Fortune 500 companies as well as small, mid-size and start-up organizations. Her ability to partner with leadership and understand business priorities has enabled her to build successful human resource programs, policies and practices. With experience in healthcare, professional services and information technology, Angie has provided HR Consulting services since 2012.
An Ohio native, Angie received her Bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University and her Master’s degree from Central Michigan University. In addition, she holds her Senior Human Resources credentials (SPHR).
